Entire workout performed in a chair, employing an exercise band. Introduces heart, lungs, joints and muscles to all-over fitness and rapid eight loss. (approx. 20 minutes)
Level 2 Workout: Designed for the recovering patient, experiencing rapid weight loss. Participant timeline: post-surgery 6 months - 1 year. Easy-to-follow moves to burn fat, generate muscle and build self-confidence. Cardio, strength and positive affirmations included. (approx 20 min)
Level 3 Workout: Designed for bariatric patients in the maintenance phase. Participant timeline: post-surgery 1 year and beyond. A powerful workout using weights to build muscle and improve body composition. Concluded with floor work and abdominals that get results! (approx 20 min)
